• Which cars does Quadriga have to offer?
    All our offers are included in our stock list. All these offers are announced after their availability has been confirmed to us by the supplier. The stock list is updated every time we sell a car, so that you can always be certain that the cars in the stock list are actually available.
  • What kind of warranty does Quadriga offer?
    Unless stated otherwise, all cars come with a European manufacturer's warranty. The warranty’s date of commencement is stated in the quotation, invoice and the service booklet.
  • Which documents are delivered with the cars?
    New cars are delivered with a purchase invoice, a European certificate of conformance and a stamped maintenance booklet. You will also receive the original registration certificate if the deal involves a second-hand car. For non-EU customers, we will provide all the necessary customs documents at no extra charge.
  • How do I order a car from Quadriga?
    We will need your invoice details and your VAT number to draw up an order confirmation. If you have a password, we will already have access to these details. A phone call, fax or email message with the details of the selected car will suffice for a sales agreement.
  • How do I pay?
    You can pay by bank cheque or by bank transfer. Our bank account details are listed on the order confirmation and the invoice. If you pay by means of a bank transfer, we recommend you to effectuate payment in a timely fashion: in the case of international payments it will take 3 to 4 days on average for the money to be added to our account.
  • Delivery and transport?
    Cars will not be delivered until the entire amount due has been paid. We can be reached from 9 am to 6 pm. If necessary, we will be glad to provide you with assistance during your transport arrangements. Please do not hesitate to contact us for this purpose.

  • What are the General Terms?
    These General Terms are in Dutch. Only this dutch version of the General Terms is valid to avoid any kind of interpretation problems due to translation. If the customer requires the General Terms in another language, himself will have to stand for the translation.
